Çağlar Yavaşoğlu is a finance, accounting, investment, and business-development professional with more than two decades of experience spanning banking, investment services, corporate finance, accounting, tax advisory, and international business consulting.
He holds the Turkish professional designation Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir (SMMM), a regulated accounting and financial-advisory credential in Turkey. His professional work has included accounting and financial reporting, tax consulting, financial management, investment analysis, business development, organizational planning, and advisory services for companies operating across international markets.
Yavaşoğlu began his career in the investment and financial-services sector, including professional experience with Ziraat Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (Ziraat Investment Securities). He subsequently worked with Bilkent Holding – Tepe Home, where his responsibilities included finance and business development.
In 2008, he founded Yavaşoğlu Mali Müşavirlik Ltd. Şti. (Yavaşoğlu SMMM) in Turkey. The firm provides accounting, tax, financial-management, business-formation, payroll, and corporate advisory services and today supports clients with business interests in Turkey and internationally.
Yavaşoğlu later expanded his business activities into the United States. He established CA Financial Solutions LLC to provide financial, managerial, and organizational consulting services to U.S.-based businesses. He has also served as an authorized member of ACY Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company formed in 2020.
His professional expertise includes international financial reporting and accounting frameworks, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as financial management, investment analysis, corporate structure, and international business development.
Yavaşoğlu earned his undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance from Eastern Mediterranean University. His continuing academic work has included graduate studies in accounting and legal studies.
