Benjamin Zvenia, JD, DrPH, is a legal and policy professional with experience spanning federal employment law, tribal law, health-related matters, and organizational advisory work. He is associated with Zvenia & Associates, where his work has included representation and consulting in federal and tribal legal matters. His professional background also includes service and involvement with legal organizations focused on federal practice and Native American law.
Zvenia has also participated in interdisciplinary work involving law, health, governance, and Native American affairs, and is currently identified by the National Foundation for Integrative Medicine as a Native American Legal and Medicine Advisor.
One caution: I would not publish titles like “Judge,” “MD,” or broad claims that he is a licensed attorney in a particular state unless Benjamin supplies the exact credentials he wants Haven to represent. Public sources conflict on some of those points, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Supreme Court issued a 2019 order concerning his continued admission to its bar.
